Responsibilities
Execution of Jira ticket assignments
Networking hardware (switch, routers, and optical transceivers) expertise to configure and troubleshoot on test environments
On-premises support of network validation testbeds including protocol troubleshooting, layer 1 troubleshooting, cabling, optics insertions and reinsertions
Development and execution of automation scripts if needed
Design and maintenance of custom tests for networking validation
Maintaining inventory support of hardware, such as shipping, receiving, tracking, and distribution
Qualification

Completion of all jira tickets meeting or exceeding the exit criteria to be delivered with 100% execution meeting our typical SLO of 1 ticket per month for NOS upgrades and Optics Qualifications
≥95% accuracy on validation test results
Documentation and runbooks delivered to client satisfaction
Resource performance reviewed quarterly; replacements required if performance falls below expectations
