Responsibilities
Seed AI models with diverse, unstructured fixed income and credit data, including real-world spreadsheets and ambiguous inputs
Collaborate with finance-adjacent contributors to collect and curate training datasets
Evaluate and normalize partial models and documentation to enhance data structure over time
Guide the structuring of messy data flows, allowing for initial seeding and deferred organization
Document processes and share insights clearly through written and verbal communication
Test and review AI outputs for relevance and accuracy within fixed income and credit domains
Support model improvement by reconstructing or extending incomplete or ambiguous financial artifacts
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in fixed income and credit markets
Comfortable working with partial information and ambiguity
