Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain design documents, material specifications, and samples
Assist designers during design and selection phases for kitchen and bath projects
Update design software and project management systems (Buildertrend)
Support development of construction and estimate portfolios
Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure clarity and project progress
Develop subject matter expertise regarding cabinetry and hardware
Maintain showroom and sample inventory; organize presentations
Help schedule design appointments and vendor deliveries
Qualification
Required
Project management and communication skills
Detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred
Experience or coursework in interior design, architecture, or related field
Familiarity with CAD or kitchen/bath design software
