Senior Field Marketing Manager

Responsibilities
Act as the primary marketing stakeholder for the region, maintaining full accountability for pipeline goals, new logo growth, and revenue acceleration
Architect a multi-tiered ABM framework using intent data to prioritize accounts and orchestrate high-touch '1:few' and ‘1:1’ motions that accelerate deal velocity
Move beyond execution to lead a comprehensive event strategy that balances large-scale tradeshows with high-touch executive roundtables and virtual engagements, ensuring a rigorous focus on ROI
Own the "Lead to Closed-Won" lifecycle, identifying friction points and implementing optimizations to increase conversion rates across the funnel
Proactively collaborate with Partner Marketing to build a robust co-marketing ecosystem that drives indirect demand and strengthens the partner channel
Utilize advanced analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership, providing high-impact recommendations for program optimization
Manage the regional marketing budget with precision, ensuring every dollar is strategically deployed toward high-ROI initiatives
Qualification
Required
8+ years of B2B demand generation and field marketing experience specifically within a high-growth SaaS or tech environment
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline
Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-channel ABM programs and vertical-specific demand generation strategies
Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and a proven track record of 'arming' SDR and Sales teams with the tools and insights needed for successful follow-up
Mastery of Marketo and Salesforce is required; experience with intent-based tools like 6sense is highly preferred
Ability to manage large-scale, complex projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high quality
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate marketing value and impact to stakeholders
A self-starter with a growth mindset, acting with urgency and the ability to mentor junior team members or contractors as the region grows
Preferred
Experience with intent-based tools like 6sense is highly preferred
