Responsibilities
Manage, author, and oversee Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards and federal/state regulations
Evaluate environmental risk for real estate transactions, redevelopment initiatives, and infrastructure projects
Oversee subsurface investigations, including soil, groundwater, soil gas, and vapor intrusion assessments
Coordinate with drilling contractors, laboratories, and specialty subcontractors to ensure quality and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in environmental consulting or site assessment
Strong knowledge of ASTM standards and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field
Experience in other aspects of the environmental industry is a plus - ecology, hazardous materials, remediation, etc
Professional certifications (e.g., PE, PG, CHMM) are a plus but not required
