Responsibilities
Designing, maintaining, and implementing software designed around a specific set of requirements or to use particular methodologies required to meet specific procedural requirements
Design software tools that include system calls to other third-party tools and utilities specified
Design, maintain, and implement original software applications from a high-level, non-specific set of concepts provided by the Government client
Develop software and applications of large and complex software and systems, and web-based query and reporting systems
Qualification
Required
Active Top Secret Clearance
At least five (5+) years of experience in software development for systems in a production environment
Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks, such as C#, PowerShell, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MS SQL, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), XML, Microservices Architecture, Angular, Javascript, HTML
Experience identifying technical strategies to interconnect disparate software applications
Ability to design and author original software applications and programs from observation of desired outcomes, workflows, or from vague original concepts
Able to implement solutions and identify operational or management issues
Experience with systems design, policy development, database development and management, and user interface development
Four-year degree program in software development, computer science, or related field; OR in lieu of education, 10 years of experience in software development for systems in a production environment
