Responsibilities

Forecast and develop sales plans / goals for assigned account base
Manage all aspects of assigned account
Facilitate seasonal appointment planning, preparation, execution and follow-up
Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly selling reports with actionable insights
Analyze and report product sell-through and inventory metrics, and suggest re-orders and identify sales opportunities
Identify opportunities and challenges within assigned account and create / implement strategies to maximize margin, sell-through, market share, and optimize sales opportunities
Manage and process samples required for applicable account
Partner with Sales Operations Team to ensure the fulfillment and on-time delivery of applicable orders
Partner with Product Knowledge Team to identify store-level needs and drive product sales
Partner with Marketing Team to coordinate copy and photo asset requirements for applicable account
Serve as a product / service expert and learn new product lines, fabrications and features
Serve as an account expert and remain up to date on product trends, store trends, regional trends and growth opportunities

Required

Strong presentation, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities
Proven ability to prospect, negotiate and close
Adept at gathering, analyzing, and presenting data
Ability to travel (approximately 4x per year but this may flex)
Proficient in MS Office applications, emphasis in Excel
Proficient in SAP, or relevant ERP
Proficient in Elastic, or relevant B2B
5 years combined relevant sales, customer service, Buying, or operations experience ideally with some background supporting National Accounts

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
Apparel experience
