Collections Manager

LHH is partnering with a leading manufacturing company located in Dallas, TX on a search for a Collections & Accounting Manager. In this role, you will manage collections activities while overseeing AP and AR responsibilities within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

Development of continuous improvement throughout the collections cycle with both internal and external stakeholders
Oversight of day-to-day AP and AR activities including invoices, payments, GL and vendor management
Reporting and compliance responsibilities, process improvements throughout accounting team and monthly activity
Supervise and train team in their respective positions

Qualification

GAAP experienceLeadership experienceCollections processesAccounting knowledgeFinance degree

Required

Must have 3+ years of leadership experience in accounting or related field
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field highly desired but open to relevant experience in place of education
Strong GAAP experience, excellent command of collections processes and demonstrated success in each of the above areas
