Identify and engage prospective clients in need of retained executive search services
Develop and manage a strong pipeline of potential business
Build relationships with CEOs, COOs, and HR leaders to uncover hiring pain points
Close deals and drive revenue growth through a consultative sales approach
Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure client success
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience in retained search, recruiting services, or a comparable industry
A hunter mentality—self-driven, competitive, and relentless in pursuit of new business
Strong ability to build relationships and influence executive decision-makers
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
The ability to thrive in a remote, performance-driven environment
