Program Manager
RLink Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to enhance their People Ops delivery model. The ideal candidate will manage the development of operational SOPs and facilitate cross-functional collaborations to ensure process integrity and operational readiness.

Responsibilities
Manage End-to-End SOP Ownership & Governance
Own the development of Day-to-Day operational SOPs across all People Ops domains (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruitment, Payroll)
Drive creation of Draft 2 SOPs with full E2E detail by end of February
Partner with Tier 2 SMEs to incorporate country-specific nuance and operational guidance
Facilitate cross-functional review cycles with COEs and process owners to identify and close gaps
Manage SOP approvals and signoffs ahead of Service Rehearsals and go-live
Maintain a centralized SOP tracker capturing status, reviewers, approvals, and update timelines
Build enablement resources and content for employees and communications for change management
Update SOPs and reference documentation within 48 hours of configuration changes detected during E2E2/E2E3 testing
Partner with QA and People Tech to ensure process documentation accurately reflects system behavior
Participate in cross-pod functional rehearsals to validate process flows and identify required refinements
Drive process readiness for Service Rehearsals and Production cutover
Work with partners to identify freeze-date impacts and required transaction clean-up activities
Partner cross-functionally to ensure a consistent, scalable, and globally aligned People Ops experience
Act as a key liaison between Tier 2, Pod Leads, People Tech, and other project workstreams
Anticipate risks and proactively escalate blockers to maintain program momentum
Ensure all documentation, training, and SOP deliverables maintain high quality and reflect Uber’s People Ops operating model vision
Qualification
Required
Highly structured and detail-oriented
Ability to translate complex processes into clear, scalable operating workflows
Experience managing end-to-end SOP ownership and governance
Ability to develop Day-to-Day operational SOPs across all People Ops domains (Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruitment, Payroll)
Experience driving creation of Draft 2 SOPs with full E2E detail
Ability to partner with Tier 2 SMEs to incorporate country-specific nuance and operational guidance
Experience facilitating cross-functional review cycles with COEs and process owners
