Responsibilities
Manage corporate client needs with respect to tax services and federal and state tax compliance
Proficient in corporate taxation and consolidated tax returns
Work will be a wide variety of entities including C-Corp, S-Corp, LLC, flow-through
Handle federal tax issues bringing the experience and commitment necessary to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to help meet our clients' specific needs
Be responsible for Compliance, research, tax credits, fixed asset review, M&A due diligence and acquisition & disposition planning
Assist in the calculation of Tax Provisions under ASC 740
Develop and sustain excellent client relationships
Keep up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
Qualification
Required
Five years of experience in corporate tax
Proficient in corporate taxation and consolidated tax returns
Work will be a wide variety of entities including C-Corp, S-Corp, LLC, flow-through
Handle federal tax issues bring the experience and commitment necessary to deliver tax compliance and advisory services to help meet our clients' specific needs
