Responsibilities
In-Home Consultations: You’ll meet with homeowners in their homes, assess their needs, and offer them the best products that fit their requirements
Sales Tools & Support: Use the tools and training provided to connect with customers and close deals
Customer Service: From start to finish, you’ll ensure an outstanding customer experience
Team Collaboration: Work with your team to share insights, strategies, and knowledge that will help everyone succeed
Qualification
Required
A college degree is preferred, but equivalent experience is also valued
2+ years of experience in in-home or outside sales is a plus, but not necessary!
A history of closing sales and achieving targets
A focus on exceeding customer expectations every time
You're driven, results-oriented, and ready to take on challenges
You thrive in a collaborative environment but can also work independently
You'll need to be available for appointments Monday through Saturday
