Responsibilities

Support leaders with job descriptions, compensation planning, and workforce strategies

Provide analytics and insights on talent and leadership

Promote a healthy work environment and employee engagement

Advise on performance counseling and conflict resolution

Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and compliance processes

Support HR programs, performance management, and talent acquisition

Track and interpret HR metrics and ensure program awareness

Required

Bachelor's degree (required)

3+ years relevant experience (including 1 year in HR)
