Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison for a portfolio of high-value, complex key accounts. Develop in-depth account knowledge and strategic engagement plans
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with customer objectives and Kaseya’s solutions
Proactively manage contract renewals and ensure continued customer satisfaction to maintain high retention rates across assigned accounts
Represent the voice of the customer within Kaseya and advocate internally for enhancements that meet client needs
Lead regular executive business reviews (EBRs) and provide insights through performance reporting, roadmap alignment, and risk mitigation plans
Partner with Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Product Management, and Support to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and escalation resolution
Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Kaseya as a strategic partner in the client’s long-term IT strategy

Required

5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS, MSP, or IT services environment
Demonstrated track record managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and achieving account growth and retention goals
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level executives and IT decision-makers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and storytelling abilities
Experience in building and executing strategic account plans

Preferred

Background in IT management software, cybersecurity solutions, or managed service provider ecosystems
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics platforms
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field. MBA is a plus
