Head of Partner Integrations
RISA Labs is building mission critical healthcare infrastructure using advanced AI, focusing on oncology workflows. The Head of Partner Integrations will establish and nurture relationships across various stakeholders to ensure seamless API integrations and accelerate customer onboarding.

Responsibilities
Own partnerships with payers, EMRs, clearinghouses, specialty pharmacy platforms and infrastructure vendors
Open doors, navigate internal teams and build trust inside partner organizations
Solve implementation challenges end to end by removing blockers across APIs, data feeds, portals and integration pathways
Build reusable partner integration templates for FHIR, HL7, clearinghouse APIs and payer portals
Work closely with the CEO, GTM team and engineering to prioritize integrations that unlock scale
Lead partner evaluations for strategic alliances, joint solutions and co distribution opportunities
Represent RISA in technical and operational partner conversations, aligning on SLAs, workflows and data flows
Build a playbook for onboarding new partners and ensuring mutual success post integration
Qualification
Required
5 plus years in tech partnerships, payer operations, EMR integrations, healthcare IT or ecosystem strategy
Strong existing relationships with payers, clearinghouses, EMR vendors or deep experience navigating their internal teams
Experience solving messy implementation and integration problems across APIs, FHIR, HL7, EDI, RPA or portal automation
Ability to translate technical complexity into clear workflows for both internal teams and external partners
Comfortable working with engineering and product to shape integration models and unblock adoption
Strong communicator and relationship builder with a bias toward action and fast problem solving
Thrives in a fast moving startup environment where ambiguity and ownership are the norm
