They are seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join their Portfolio Management & Value Creation team, where the individual will support portfolio companies by driving strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with portfolio company management teams to identify and execute value creation initiatives across sales, marketing, product development, operations, and finance
Support the development and execution of strategic growth plans, including market expansion, pricing strategies, and operational efficiencies
Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, KPIs, and financial metrics to ensure alignment with investment goals
Assist in the creation of value creation plans and post-investment roadmaps
Conduct industry and competitive research to inform strategic decisions
Manage portfolio companies from a financial standpoint and operations
Partner with deal teams during diligence to assess operational capabilities and identify post-close value creation opportunities
Prepare materials for internal and external stakeholders, including investment committee updates and LP reporting

Required

4-7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or management consulting (preferably value creation)
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working directly with senior executives or management teams
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

Portfolio management experience is a plus
MBA or other advanced degree preferred for Senior Associate level
