Head of Growth
Ejam Inc is a profitable, omnichannel snack brand seeking a Head of Growth to own the entire growth engine. The role requires hands-on management of performance marketing, creator and influencer relationships, and retail activation to drive online sales and in-store velocities.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Personally manage and optimize $500K-$1M/month in Meta/Google spend
Build campaigns, test audiences, write ad copy, analyze creative data YOURSELF
Design geo-targeted campaigns for our retail partners (especially Kroger launch)
Personally manage whitelisting campaigns across 100+ creators
YOU negotiate with macro influencers and YouTubers (10M+ subscribers)
YOU write the briefs, YOU review the content, YOU launch the ads
Build creator content that drives DTC sales AND retail traffic
Create geo-targeted digital campaigns that drive store velocities
Track digital → retail impact and optimize based on real velocity data
Own Kroger launch digital strategy and execution
Qualification
Required
Currently running $300K+/month in paid spend YOURSELF (not your team)
Opened Facebook Ads Manager TODAY (we'll ask to screenshare)
Personal relationships with 50+ creators you've whitelisted
Have personally negotiated influencer deals (not through an agency)
Worked at profitable brands between $10M-$100M
Understand retail velocities and digital's impact on them
