Brand Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end rebrand project including strategy development, creative direction, and implementation across all product lines
Manage relationships with creative-as-a-service vendors and external marketing partners
Coordinate rebrand timeline, budget, and deliverables across multiple product lines and business units
Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all marketing materials, sales tools, and customer touchpoints
Facilitate stakeholder feedback processes and approval workflows with cross-functional teams
Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and standards documentation
Build and maintain brand asset libraries and creative approval systems
Support broader marketing operations including campaign development and resource allocation
Create processes and workflows that will scale as the marketing function expands
Track project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership

Required

3-5 years marketing project management or brand management experience
Proven track record managing large-scale creative projects with external vendors
Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple stakeholders and business units
Strong project management skills with experience using project management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in creative review processes and marketing asset management
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines

Preferred

B2B industrial or manufacturing marketing experience
Experience with brand development, rebranding, or brand consistency initiatives
