Director of IT Systems - Sales and Marketing
BrightSpring Health Services is a provider of home- and community-based pharmacy and health solutions. The Director of IT Sales & Marketing will lead technology strategy and execution for sales and marketing systems, ensuring optimization of Salesforce platforms to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.

Responsibilities
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Develop and execute IT strategies that align with organizational sales and marketing goals
Partner with leadership to identify opportunities that enhance sales performance and marketing effectiveness
Oversee configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
Ensure system integrity, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, etc.)
Manage integrations between Salesforce, other enterprise systems (email, master data management, analytics tools) and external data sources (CMS, Pharmacy) to support sales and marketing initiatives
Establish and enforce data standards across multiple Salesforce orgs to enable accurate and consistent customer information
Lead initiatives for data deduplication, normalization, and enrichment to support cross-business-unit visibility and cross-selling opportunities
Develop a support strategy for Salesforce administration and development
Drive project delivery for new features, enhancements, and system upgrades
Establish best practices for change management, testing, and deployment
Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership and field teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field
5+ years in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years' experience within the Salesforce platforms
Proven experience designing and implementing data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and consolidate customer records across multiple Salesforce environments
Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud configuration and administration
Travel up to 25%
Preferred
Master's degree in information technology, computer science, business, or related field
Proven experience in healthcare sales and marketing technology, preferably in post-acute care
Recent experience supporting a large multi-business company, with proven ability to influence leaders and key stakeholders
History of successfully cultivating and maintaining good relationships at all levels within the organization
Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and data privacy requirements
Expertise with API integration and developing data standards
Knowledge of marketing automation, lead management, and campaign analytics
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
