Required

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Business Management or closely related field

Experience in an academic and research environment required
Ability to successfully work across department lines with key stakeholders, contractors and other state entities
Excellent written/oral communication and project management skills
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the facilities and physical plant requirements of a large, diverse, multipurpose public institution
