Responsibilities

Identify and implement physics based AI tools for design, development and deployment of Bloom technology
Design and deploy AI driven Diagnostic Intelligence across Bloom’s installed fleet
Develop for AI driven fleet Optimization models to improve product life and efficiencies
Design scalable AI/ML systems for predictive analytics, energy optimization, and anomaly detection
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability
Partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions

Qualification

Required

Education: PHD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field
Experience: + 10+ years in AI/ML development and architecture roles
Proven experience in designing enterprise-scale AI solutions
Technical Skills: Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Domain Knowledge: Experience in energy, utilities, or industrial IoT preferred
