Responsibilities
Review, triage, interpret, and document CIED remote monitoring data (ILR, PPM, ICD)
Produce clear, well-written, and grammatically accurate reports
Communicate significant findings to physicians and clinical teams professionally and promptly
Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare providers and patients as needed
Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and data security guidelines
Participate in ongoing training and quality assurance programs
Qualification
Required
Prior experience with ECG interpretation for ILR's, PPM's, ICD's
Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work effectively with physicians and clinical staff
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable internet connection and appropriate remote workspace (if applicable)
Must be based in the United States
