Representing lenders and borrowers in complex debt financing transactions

Negotiating and drafting credit agreements, commitment letters, issues lists, security documents, term sheets, intercreditor agreements, legal opinions and other related transactional documents

Leading due diligence teams, coordinating with specialists and managing matters with minimal supervision

Required

6+ years of experience in debt finance

Ability to coordinate with specialists and manage matters with minimal supervision
