Responsibilities
Understanding system functionality and test cases in-depth to design, implement, and advance software test automation capability
Analyzing existing test automation software against the latest industry advancements in technology, to design and recommend new solutions
Determining test cases and rapidly implementing software to improve automated coverage as a software engineer in test
Operationalizing automation across a team of developers, manual testers, and automated testers
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience on web application development teams fielding production systems
2+ years of experience with programming, including Python, JavaScript or TypeScript, and C# or .NET
2+ years of experience with Agile development tools, including Git, Jira, or Wikis
Experience with test frameworks, including Selenium or Playwright
Expertise with web-based user interfaces, REST APIs, and databases
Knowledge of complex web-based application functions, modules, integrations, or data
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Experience with SQL, Windows Server, IIS, Containers, and Linux
Experience with DevSecOps and GitOps
Experience with Security tools, including Github CodeQL or Static Code Analysis
Experience with test automation in CI/CD, including Jenkins or Github Actions
