Recruiter III
Ultimate Staffing is a residential mortgage company, and they are seeking an onsite Recruiter III. The Loan Officer Recruiter is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and attracting quality candidates.
Responsibilities
Screen resumes, interview candidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments, reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) and deliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openings
Use traditional and non-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such as career fairs and community network events
Develop advertising programs (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility with potential candidates
Manage internal transfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiring manager, transfer offer letter and the like
Communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation, non-competition agreements, investment limitations, etc.)
Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of Loan Officer Recruiting work experience
Strong working knowledge of current federal/state regulations related to employment (i.e. EEOC, ADA, etc)
Ability to travel within a specific geographic area; limited travel outside of specific geographic area
Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word
Preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
