Generate and distribute demand and monthly proformas to billing lawyers
Process edits, transfers, and changes as directed
Prepare and produce draft bills for approval
Collaborate with billing lawyers and staff to finalize client invoices
Research client account activities, resolve billing inquiries, and generate reports
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in Accounting
Minimum of 4 years billing experience
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
Preferred
equivalent accounting certification
