They are seeking a Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute regional marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and enhance customer engagement, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional field marketing plans aligned to revenue goals
Own quarterly and annual field marketing planning with Sales leadership aligned to the East region of the US
Localize corporate campaigns for regional execution
Drive pipeline through in-person events, virtual programs, ABM, and partner initiatives
Forecast and track pipeline contribution and ROI
Optimize programs based on data and sales feedback
Execute executive dinners, field programs, trade shows, and virtual events
Manage end-to-end execution, including budget, vendors, logistics, and follow-up
Act as the primary marketing partner to regional sales teams
Collaborate with Channel and Alliance teams on joint initiatives
Align with Product Marketing on messaging and personas
Partner with Demand Gen and Marketing Ops on targeting and reporting
Own reporting on pipeline, revenue influence, and engagement
Maintain accurate tracking in CRM and marketing automation tools

Qualification

Required

6–8 years of B2B marketing experience with a field marketing focus
Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue
Strong sales partnership and communication skills

Preferred

Experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity preferred
Experience with ABM strategies and tools
Partner and channel marketing experience
Salesforce and Marketo (or similar) experience
