They are seeking a part-time Experiential Production Intern to assist in organizing various aspects of experiential marketing productions, including events and influencer trips.

Responsibilities

Preparing production kits and supplies for events

Invoice management and organization

Work on event credentials post event as well as organize assets for website and social

Create call notes for all client and vendor calls

Assisting producers and production managers with wrap reports

Work through pre-production and on-site documents with various producers and production managers

Potentially booking travel for production team

Completing runs around Manhattan / Brooklyn / Queens

Assisting with administrative duties (answering phones occasionally, front desk coverage, filing wrap books for accounting, etc.)
