$21.50/hr - $21.50/hrPiper Companies is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join a manufacturing organization in a regulated production environment in Lynwood, CA. This role supports QA inspection activities, GMP compliance, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities
Perform and oversee QA inspections, sampling, and in-process checks across manufacturing and packaging lines
Review, verify, and approve batch records, validation reports, and QA documentation for accuracy and completeness
Inspect and release production lines, components, and finished goods in compliance with GMP standards
Identify quality issues, assist with investigations, and support corrective actions
Perform in-process and laboratory testing using equipment such as pH meters, viscometers, and balances
Support validation activities, retain sample programs, and stability testing coordination
Maintain accurate QA documentation and support document control and Oracle inventory transactions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior experience in a manufacturing or quality-controlled environment
Strong attention to detail with good documentation and organizational skills
Basic math and statistical knowledge (mean, median, mode, standard deviation)
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Preferred
Knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and regulated manufacturing processes preferred
Experience with MS Word, databases, or Oracle systems is a plus
