Responsibilities
Manages the role of analytics, reporting and FP&A within the firm – building a single global analytics function inside of an existing growing commodity trader
Work with various internal and external stakeholders to design analysis and reports to better assist in management of the overall business
Understand the modelling of transactions within our various CTRM systems to design and normalize analysis that understands that diverse modelling
Build those analytics into understandable and well organized reports using tools like Excel, PowerBi, Tableau or equivalent
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Analytics experience
A strong technical skillset, including experience in SQL, ideally an analytics language like R or Python (or VBA), and experience using those tools to pull data via API
Experience with reporting tools like PowerBI or Tableau
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Analytics experience within physical commodity trader, processor or producer
