Serena & Lily is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Manager to join their GDC team. This role is responsible for leading the team in maintaining the integrity of inventory movement and reporting, requiring a proactive approach to troubleshooting and process improvement.

Responsibilities

Partner with other teams across facility and company to ensure inventory flow is accurate and timely. This role will heavily interact with all warehouse operations teams, as well as other departments across the company

Prepare and report on daily metrics and goals, resolve problems and trouble shoot new challenges. Heavy use of technical tools such as RF devices, WMS, Excel etc. Excellent communication skills, which will be critical in problem solving and team collaboration

Physical movement of product within the Distribution Center using RF equipment and MHE

Direct, coach and mentor your team in cycle count, inventory audit preparation, product relocation and replenishment, and the reconciliation of issues between the WMS and the GL system (Netsuite)

Participates in ongoing training to update job knowledge and updates SOPs

Flexibility with changes in shift, workdays and duties. Cross trained to cover warehouse function where needed

Required

3+ years' experience working directly with WMS software, inventory movement function, as well as successful track record in leading a team

Process improvement mindset and the ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Strong analytical skills, with experience managing and interpreting data, and providing insights for operational improvements. Natural curiosity and desire to solve problems

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proven leadership skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Must be able to work onsite full time

Preferred

Forklift, Reach Truck, and Order Picker equipment certification a plus. Must have the ability to learn and become certified
