Responsibilities

Manages a portfolio of BHSF contracts as assigned by management

Makes independent decisions and takes actions involving various degrees of complexity, in the management and analysis of various BHSF contracting areas, which have a direct impact on Baptist Health's financial well being

Responsible for ongoing analysis and review of assigned contracts

Assures goods and services are incorporated into a contractual commitment as appropriate to drive the best value for the organization

Monitors and enforces contract compliance by resolving sourcing, pricing and related contract issues while ensuring terms and conditions are upheld

Manage supplier relationships, data collection, and analytics of all contracts and capital purchases

Interpret, implement and adheres to laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures related to the area of responsibility
