Responsibilities
Represent traveler needs across brand forums and strategic initiatives
Develop and execute a research roadmap aligned with brand and business priorities
Manage brand health, track creative testing, and campaign effectiveness
Bridge brand marketing and central research teams to translate needs into actionable learning plans
Apply insights to brand strategy, creative development, and marketing activation
Integrate measurement outputs to explain the why behind performance metrics
Deliver compelling data-driven narratives that influence business decisions
Partner across marketing, UX, loyalty, analytics, and product teams, and build trust with senior leaders
Oversee external research partners and champion innovative methodologies
Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of curiosity and excellence
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in consumer research and insights, ideally across both agency and client-side roles
Proven expertise in brand and campaign measurement, creative testing, and strategic research
Skilled in qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including social listening and sentiment analysis
Strong communicator with the ability to craft clear, engaging stories from complex data
Experienced in influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, global organization with evolving priorities
Excellent project manager with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and maintain attention to detail
Passionate about travelers and committed to building brands that resonate deeply with their needs
