They are seeking a Client Success Intern to support client administration, documentation, communication, and task coordination across multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

Support client onboarding/offboarding tasks and help maintain client documentation

Update HubSpot (and other systems) with accurate client information, notes, and activity

Organize, file, and archive client communications and deliverables

Maintain weekly status reports, dashboards, and trackers

Join client and internal meetings, capture action items, and support follow-ups

Coordinate and track client-related tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Assist with presentation prep and client-facing communications

Support quality checks on deliverables and help identify process improvement opportunities
