Responsibilities
Greet customers entering and leaving the community, using customer name whenever possible
Answer customer calls and direct them appropriately
Handle all customer interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
Maintain current file/listing of residents by name and location, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, department extensions
Qualification
Required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: A minimum of 1 year
Ability to be self-directed and prioritize tasks, working independently and managing time efficiently
Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office
