Responsibilities
Lead the strategic execution of our Sales Enablement program across key domains
Deliver Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and architecture standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Mentor and guide a mixed workforce of internal staff and contractors
Champion the adoption of modern Salesforce technologies and tools
Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and performance
Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective third-party delivery
Promote agile practices and continuous improvement within the team
Communicate technical concepts effectively to executive stakeholders
Qualification
Required

Communicate technical concepts effectively to executive stakeholders
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud
Proficient in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing all levels
Technical proficiency in Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with DevOps tools and practices within Salesforce
Understanding of data governance, compliance, and security best practices
Preferred
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II or Application Architect
Experience in the financial services industry or with wealth management platforms
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
Experience working in a Center of Excellence or similar governance model
