Responsibilities

Establish design direction and lead projects from concept design through project completion
Enhance the reputation of AHF by using highly developed skills and bringing work to a higher quality level when communicating with clients, handling contract administration, project scheduling, team leadership, building design, technical detailing and coordination of contractors
Ensure that projects are completed timely and at the highest standard of excellence
Prepare and present reports to management and produce detailed working drawings and specifications
Visit AHF sites to check on the progress of various projects and use problem-solving skills to resolve issues that arise during construction
