Responsibilities

Partnering with office administration, department managers, and regional leadership to deliver a top-quality, global, client-focused working experience

Strategizing, creating, and implementing experience-related guidelines, best practices, and standards with the global WE team

Supervising, managing, and motivating, team members, while setting clear team goals and objectives aligned to global vision

Promoting effective and collaborative work practices, exhibiting highly professional and ethical standards, and building strong and accountable relations throughout the local office and across the firm

Recruiting and training talent, identifying professional development opportunities for the team, and effectively coaching team and individuals to enhance their performance and achieve desired outcomes

Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Required

A Bachelor's degree; significant experience will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

A minimum of seven (7) years' hospitality or customer service management experience

Demonstrate knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations

Display the ability to utilize and navigate various technology platforms and applications

Possess the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and occasional weekend shifts

Hotel management, facility/office management, law firm, or corporate environment experience, preferably
