Responsibilities
Delivers workshops, engagement programs, and employee development activities
Facilitates new team member orientation sessions to support effective onboarding and employee integration
Develops and implements learning resources and materials to enhance organizational development and employee education
Prepares training content, program documentation, and instructional materials
Collaborates with HR and organizational leaders to support alignment of learning activities with departmental needs
Assists with maintaining the learning management system to ensure accurate training data and reporting
Monitors progress of training programs and ensures accuracy of training records and compliance requirements
Collects, analyzes, and reports data from surveys, assessments, and feedback tools to evaluate effectiveness
Collaborates with HR and leadership to support change management, workforce planning, and talent initiatives, as needed
Prepares presentations, documentation, and communications to support learning & development efforts
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related field
0-2 years of experience in staff development, clinical education, training coordination, or healthcare operations
All experience must be paid and in the same related field
Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week
Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted
