Responsibilities

Invoicing of key Government contract line items

Prepare and review costing spreadsheets for review of supervisor

Maintains frequent contact with all areas of TriWest in gathering data concerning change orders

Tracks incoming and outgoing contract correspondence and drafts correspondence as needed. Maintain a department database so information can be tracked and pulled as needed

Reviews cost proposals prepared by others in Contract Administration and reviews TriWest's and subcontractor's proposed costs for current, accurate and complete presentation

Assists in analyzing the effectiveness of internal controls in place through testing and process review

Partners with the process owners and Subject Matter Experts to implement enhanced internal control processes

Partners with the process owners and Subject Matter Experts to develop and implement enhanced desktop procedures

Collaborates with TriWest staff to obtain detailed information about operations, discuss options regarding enhanced internal controls, and communicate project results in a clear, professional manner

Coordinates confidential information and maintain confidentiality of it

Regular and reliable attendance is required
