Build Talent LLC is seeking an Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager and Superintendent in the execution of construction projects. This role involves planning, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while driving client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Review owner contracts and ensure project compliance

Assist in developing the master project schedule and quality control program

Support contract buyout efforts in accordance with internal policies

Assist in the development of site-specific safety plans

Help create project-specific quality control programs

Support development of site logistics plans

Participate in and document punch list processes

Coordinate and document owner training sessions

Prepare operation & maintenance manuals and warranty documentation

Assist with managing project costs relative to the approved budget

Maintain and update project schedules

Participate constructively in project planning and coordination meetings

Assist in preparing monthly project status reports and executive summaries
