Responsibilities
Collaborating with a team of engineers, you’ll be designing building electrical systems for a variety of building types, including airports, Federal buildings, mission critical, higher education, laboratories and other commercial projects
You’ll be responsible for providing system design calculations and other related design services including coordination with the designs of other trades (architectural and engineering)
You’ll also play a critical role in the mentoring of junior staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
10+ years of related electrical design experience
Revit experience
Knowledge of electrical software (SKM, ETAP, AGI 32, etc)
Knowledge of building codes (IECC, NFPA Code, etc)
Attitude of taking independent initiative, exhibiting creative problem-solving, eagerness to learn, while remaining dedicated to teamwork
Preferred
Engineer in Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) license
