Responsibilities
Leading data mapping efforts between legacy systems and Acumatica across multiple facilities
Managing end-to-end data migration, including extraction, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Documenting current-state and future-state business processes, workflows, and system configurations
Collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to gather ERP requirements and translate them into actionable user stories
Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Coordinating implementation timelines and deliverables across fully remote teams
Supporting ERP configuration, testing, and deployment to ensure alignment with operational needs
Monitoring project risks, dependencies, and change impacts, ensuring timely resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
2+ years of hands-on Acumatica experience or 4+ years working with another ERP platform
Proven experience serving as both a Business Analyst and Scrum Master on ERP or technology initiatives
Strong background in data mapping, data migration, and process documentation
Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment aligned with Eastern and Central Time Zones
Experience coordinating work across multiple remote or distributed sites
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Preferred
Hands-on Acumatica experience or the ability to ramp up quickly on the platform
Experience with system integrations, manufacturing workflows, and reporting tools
