Senior Brand Manager
Profiles is a leader in the consumer products industry, and they are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing and Brand. The role involves leading brand development and integrated marketing strategy while collaborating with various teams to enhance brand identity and campaign execution.
Responsibilities
Lead and evolve the brand’s visual and verbal identity across packaging, digital, retail, and social channels
Translate high-level brand strategy into actionable in-house creative direction
Develop and manage an integrated marketing calendar supporting launches, campaigns, and social activity
Oversee campaign execution including digital, print, email, social content, and retail deliverables
Track performance metrics and provide leadership with monthly insights and optimization recommendations
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in marketing or brand management within consumer products or related categories
Proven ability to lead creative execution from concept through production
Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Experience managing creative staff or external partners
Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
