Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoice creation, payment tracking, and resolving payment discrepancies
Assist in processing customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate billing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks, including accounts receivable transactions and general ledger entries
Perform regular reconciliations to verify the accuracy of accounts receivable and account balances
Monitor outstanding accounts, follow up with customers on overdue payments, and negotiate payment plans when necessary
Generate reports related to accounts receivable, such as aging reports and revenue summaries
Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies
Input financial data into accounting software accurately and efficiently
Assist in preparing documentation and records for financial audits
Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and additional tasks as required
Qualification
Required
QuickBooks Proficiency: Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential for this role
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Tech-savvy: Comfortable using various accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Accounting Experience: Previous experience in accounts receivable or finance roles is preferred
