Responsibilities

Own the month-end and quarter-end close process and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting

Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures in accordance with GAAP

Build, document, and maintain internal controls to conduct a first year audit in accordance with GAAP, ASC 606, etc

Own accounts payable end to end – vendor setup, invoice coding and approvals, and payment runs

Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and key balance sheet accounts, including accounts payable and accrued expenses

Partner with Finance, RevOps, and other teams to ensure accurate revenue and expense recognition

Support implementation, integration, and optimization of ERPs and modern SaaS finance tools while managing day-to-day accounting operations
