Responsibilities

Design, manage, and deliver end-to-end training for SAP S/4HANA transformation

Develop training strategy and curriculum tailored to user roles and processes

Coordinate logistics for training sessions for internal and external users, super-users, and process owners

Produce high-quality training materials including eLearning and job aids

Facilitate training sessions for diverse audiences including front-line and executive levels

Partner with Project Management, Change Management, Project Leads, and Business Process Owners

Required

A minimum of 3 years coordinating, developing, and delivering training for SAP S/4HANA (or ECC with recent S/4 upgrades), including Fiori

Proven experience developing role-based training materials and managing multi-track training programs. Candidates will be expected to provide 2-3 sample training assets (eLearning, job aid, instructor guide, process simulation)

Hands-on proficiency with LMS (preferably SuccessFactors LMS) and content tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate, Camtasia, PowerPoint)

Strong facilitation skills for diverse audiences (front-line to executive), including virtual training best practices

Excellent project coordination: calendars, dependency management, budget tracking, and stakeholder communication

Preferred

Actual business experience in Finance or Procurement areas

Experience with key SAP S/4 modules relevant to our departments & SAP functionality: Finance, Procurement, Field Operations (Plant Maintenance), Human Resources. SAC Analytics and Datasphere experience is a bonus

Experience with SAP WalkMe and SAP Ariba

Certifications: SAP S/4HANA (module or enterprise), Prosci/ADKAR (Change Management), ATD CPTD, PMP/Agile
