Responsibilities

Designing, delivering, and leading performance workouts in the class, semi-private, team, and personal training settings
Manage the total performance preparation of adult clients
Development of training programs
Application of appropriate motivational techniques
Instruction of clients in the proper execution of weight training exercises, nutrition, weight loss; and energy system development
Development of the training system for the facility
Educating all part time staff on this training program
Participation in promotional events such as camps, clinics, seminars, etc

Qualification

Sports performance experienceBachelor DegreeMaster DegreeCardio Pulmonary Resuscitation

Required

1 year in sports performance or fitness facility
Bachelor Degree

Preferred

Master Degree
