Market Manager

Carbliss is a family-owned brand specializing in premium Ready to Drink Cocktails. The Market Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing accounts, and leading a team of Brand Ambassadors to expand the brand's presence in the market.

Food and Beverage

Responsibilities

Spend about 90% of your time in the field growing and managing accounts
Focus on administrative tasks
Secure and expand distribution
Overcome objections
Close sales
Submit accurate orders
Identify opportunities and plan routes to meet quotas and placement goals
Lead a team of Brand Ambassadors
Provide strong leadership, scheduling, accountability, and follow-up
Build relationships with accounts and buyers
Support product placement, promotions, and trend insights
Maintain updated contact lists
Manage sales kits
Follow through on customer issues
Ensure compliance with regulations
Work with distribution partners, marketing, and internal teams
Participate in meetings, trainings, and field activities
Monitor inventory needs
Conduct bar staff trainings and samplings
Activate local marketing initiatives
Secure menu placements and point of sale visibility
Use VIP's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to track account activity

Applicants must reside within 30 miles of specified location
Passionate about building relationships and driving sales in the beverage/alcohol industry
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to showcase sales skills and develop strong customer partnerships
Experience in growing a premium Ready to Drink Cocktail brand
Strong leadership skills to lead a team of Brand Ambassadors
Ability to secure and expand distribution, overcome objections, and close sales
Experience in submitting accurate orders and identifying opportunities
Ability to plan routes to meet quotas and placement goals
Experience in maintaining updated contact lists and managing sales kits
Ability to follow through on customer issues while ensuring compliance with regulations
Experience working with distribution partners, marketing, and internal teams
Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as required
Experience in monitoring inventory needs and conducting bar staff trainings and samplings
Ability to activate local marketing initiatives and secure menu placements
Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to track account activity
