Responsibilities

Coordinate complex calendars for multiple executives, including prioritization of meetings and conflict resolution
Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure compliance with company travel policies
Organize executive meetings, off-sites, and leadership events. Prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting materials
Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
Manage expense reports and approvals. Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Compile and Complete Yearly Calibrations and Quarterly Talent Reviews
Run HR Reports
Handle Employee Data for Town Halls
Support and Track Demand Planning
Manage SBT Bi-monthly Reviews
Load Contracts and Invoices into SAP
Distribute Global Communications
Purchase Licenses and Marketing Reports
Complete Expense Reports/P-cards for Functional Leaders
Onboard New Employees, including IT Equipment and Introductions

Required

Advanced Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate complex calendars for multiple executives, including prioritization of meetings and conflict resolution
Travel & Logistics: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries and ensure compliance with company travel policies
Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize executive meetings, off-sites, and leadership events. Prepare agendas, presentations, and supporting materials

Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years supporting senior executives; experience in HR or Marketing environments is a plus
Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools. Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
